Arrival in Medan
Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Rest, relax by the pool, and unwind. The rest of the day is free to spend at your leisure.

Medan – Tangkahan
After breakfast, enjoy a city tour visiting the Sultan’s Palace, the Grand Mosque, the Chinese Temple, and the Kesawan Area, the old center of Medan. Afterward, travel to Tangkahan via Binjai and Batang Serangan. In the afternoon, arrive at Tangkahan (part of Leuser National Park) and check-in at a simple but clean hotel. The rest of the afternoon is free to walk around the beautiful surroundings or to visit the river where elephants are regularly bathed.

Elephant & River Safari
After breakfast, walk to the elephant station and assist the Mahout (elephant trainer) in washing and feeding the elephants. After feeding, float down the river on a large inner tube, stopping at the fantastic Buluh Waterfall. Here, you can enjoy the waterfall, take a natural shower, sunbathe, and swim in the river. A picnic lunch is served on the riverbank. In the afternoon, upon arrival in the village, you can observe the daily activities of the local people and interact with them. Then, walk back to the hotel. You can rest or visit the hot springs and waterfalls near the hotel.

Tangkahan – Bukit Lawang
After breakfast, depart for Bukit Lawang by motorcycle or Jeep, stopping along the way at rubber and palm oil plantations. Upon arrival, check in and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Bukit Lawang Trekking
After breakfast, we will walk into the jungle for trekking. You will explore the natural beauty of Leuser National Park, experiencing its flora and fauna. There is a possibility to see orangutans and other wildlife, such as Thomas leaf monkeys, long-tailed macaques, black gibbons, and various other species in their natural habitat in the tropical rainforest. This trekking lasts approximately 3 hours, after which we return to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy the nature of Bukit Lawang at your own leisure, including a walk to the nearby village.

Bukit Lawang – Brastagi
After an early breakfast, depart for Brastagi via Medan. In Medan, visit the Sultan Deli Palace, the Grand Mosque, and the old town of Kesawan. An optional lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant before continuing to Brastagi. Along the way, visit a Batak village in Peceren and a fruit market. In the late afternoon, check-in at the hotel.

Brastagi – Samosir
Today, transfer to Parapat with visits to the Sipiso-Piso waterfall, Rumah Bolon (Long House), the old palace of the Batak Simalungun kings, and a stunning view of Lake Toba from Simarjarunjung. Upon arrival in Parapat, cross by ferry to Samosir Island.

Samosir Excursion
Today, accompanied by a guide, you will go on an excursion around Samosir Island and visit traditional Batak villages:
- Ambarita: Ancient stone tables and chairs, the meeting place of the Siallagan kings.
- Simanindo: Batak museum and traditional Batak Toba dance performances.
- Pangururan: A beautiful view of Lake Toba and its hot springs.
- Tomok: Ancient stone tombs of the Sidabutar kings.
Along the way, you will see the daily activities of the local people, such as hand weaving, rice field cultivation, and visiting a school. If possible, you may witness a traditional wedding or funeral. Alternatively, you can hike to the top of the Samosir Hills to visit Sidahoni Lake. In the afternoon, return to the hotel.

Samosir – Medan Airport
After breakfast, return to Medan via Pematang Siantar and Tebingtinggi. Along the way, stop at pineapple, clove, and coffee plantations. The journey will take approximately 4 hours. Upon arrival in Medan, proceed directly to the airport for your next destination.
